Seminar tickets may only be refunded up until seven (7) calendar days prior to the event.

Refunds

Should you wish to have a full refund, please return the item/s in their original condition together with your tax invoice within thirty (30) calendar days.

Please note: For both exchanges and refunds, the cost of return postage back to PDI is the responsibility of the customer. However, all exchanges returned to you will be free of delivery charges.

Exchanges and Refunds Instructions

1. From your local post office

Post your product back by registered mail to the address below.

• The cost of postage and registered mail is the responsibility of the customer.
• No responsibility is accepted for returned items that do not arrive at our postal address. For this reason we recommend that all items posted are registered.
• Enclose the original tax invoice and the Online Exchange and Refund form and your product will be exchanged, or if you prefer, a full refund will be processed.
• Please ensure the product is in a new condition and has the original packaging still attached.

Consumer Guarantees

PDI’s goods and services come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If PDI breaches a consumer guarantee you are entitled to a replacement or a refund. Only if there is a major failure in the goods or services are you entitled to any other compensation and then only for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

Cooling off periods are not applicable to any product or service sold on the PDI website however ticketed events may be refunded no later than seven (7) days prior to the event after which no refund is applicable.

Once a transaction, other than a subscription, is completed on the PDI website, there are no ongoing fees or charges applicable.
