Steve Chandler is the CEO of the Property Development Institute and your instructor in this course.

Steve is a third generation property developer who has written books on building and property development, has lectured at two of Australia’s most prestigious universities and has delivered property development training across Australia on behalf of the property industry’s peak representative body.

Steve has worked on residential, commercial, industrial, health care, shopping centre, infrastructure, manufacturing, public buildings and other forms of development.
